This was a beautiful Cambridge wedding in Brampton.
Roselle and the girls were getting ready at her mums place in Brampton, Cambridge, and Johnny and the boys were just round the corner, so I headed there first to get some shots of the guys getting ready.
Back with the girls it was a busy morning, with 5 bridesmaids getting ready. Roselle was pretty relaxed and had just started having her makeup done when I arrived. I got some shots of her and the other girls have a glass of fizz before heading to the church.
The guys were there waiting and it was approaching 1pm, but there was no sign of the vicar! Luckily someone went to his house to get him, turns out he thought the ceremony was 1.30pm!
Roselle had been taken around the block again in the car so it all worked out perfectly in the end.
A lovely ceremony and service with a very helpful vicar, who was brilliant in allowing me to go wherever I needed during the ceremony. I don’t tend to move much as I don’t want to cause any distractions, but it does make so much difference to work alongside an accommodating vicar.
We arrived back at the reception to really bad weather, but luckily enough just before the wedding breakfast there was a break and we managed to get outside for some shots. A first for me too was going up in a cherry picker to a get a big group shot!
I was so happy later in the day, as half an hour before sunset the sun decided to make an appearance. We jumped in the Land Rover and headed to the field around the corner. It was so lucky, the sky was superb and allowed us to get some fantastic shots.
A great way to cap of a fantastic day. Thank you both for being amazing!
