Cambridge Wedding Photographer

I love being a Cambridge Wedding Photographer. I have grown up on the outskirts of Cambridge and just have a real love for the city. The colleges and the architecture are just incredible and there is also an abundance of superb wedding venues.

The summer is the best time to visit and be in Cambridge. You have stunning walks along the River Cam, around Jesus Green, Parkers piece or the stunning Cambridge University Botanic Gardens.

If the weather isn’t the greatest you have the Fitzwilliam Museum, Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences to name just a few.

It is such a big University City with students coming from all over the world. A lot of ex students end up having their wedding at their old college. Some of the colleges have the rule that you have to have studied there to be able to get married there though.

Where to get married in Cambridge

I’ve been lucky enough to have shot at some of the best weddings venues in Cambridge. The colleges are stunning. Some of the colleges I have photographed at are Peterhouse College, Queens College, Girton College, Corpus Christi and Kings College to name a few. But you also have other amazing wedding venues such as South Farm, The Granary Estates, Chippenham Park, Swynford manor, Lattenbury Hill Farm and so many more. If you want any advice on Cambridge wedding venues then please let me know.

Cambridge Wedding Suppliers

I also run a Cambridge Wedding Supplier group and we like to meet up once a month somewhere in the city for a catchup. It’s great to chat about our wedding businesses and see how we can help each other in this super competitive industry. The group consists of photographers, videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists, bands and DJ’s, celebrants, caterers and pretty much everything you would need for your wedding. If you need any recommendations please let me know!
