FAQ's

What’s your style?

Each wedding is completely unique, but my photography style remains the same. I’ll document the story of your day as it happens, naturally.

I won’t be bossing people around into awkward poses with frozen cheesy smiles. Just genuine moments captured throughout the day. I’m unobtrusive and will let the day flow naturally. I do understand there’s often a need for a few group shots which I’m more than happy to do – but I’d recommend limiting these to around 6-8 shots taking no more than 25 minutes, leaving me plenty of time to capture those beautiful candid shots of you and your loved ones, so that you can relive your wedding day all over again.

How many images will we receive?

This will vary on the length of cover, but for a full days wedding you can expect to re-ceive around 300 edited images on USB.

How long will it take to receive the images?

4 weeks after the wedding date.

Do you offer albums?

I use Folio albums which are stunning handmade albums. More details can be found on my album page

Are you insured?

Yes I am fully insured for both public and professional indemnity.

Who owns the copyright of the images?

The copyright of the images will always remain with me the photographer, but I give my couples licensing permission to use and print them however you wish.

Do you travel?

I can travel all over the UK and internationally for destination weddings.

Do you do engagement shoots?

Yes. These are a great way for us to get to know each other better and get you both feeling more comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

What cameras and kit do you use? Do you have backups?

I use 2 professional Nikon digital cameras with a variety of lenses and flashes. I also have a extra back-up camera’s just in-case.

Do you edit the images?

Yes. Each and every one of your images will be edited to maintain a consist style. I usually spend the same amount of time editing the photo’s as I do shooting a wedding, sometimes longer.

How do we book you?

It’s really easy. Let’s meet up for a tea/coffee/beer/wine to get to know each other a bit better first. Then if you feel I’m the right photographer for you, all you need to do is fill out a short online contract and pay a £400 booking fee that secure’s your wedding date. The remaining balance is then due 1 month prior to the wedding.
