Bride and groom hug on the roof terrace

Century Club Wedding Photographer | Amelia & Andre

I loved being a part of a wedding shoot at the fantastic Century Club in Soho. The venue is only a stones throw away from the busy streets of Soho and China Town but you wouldn’t know it was there unless your’ve been.

It’s a stylish and unique wedding venue with rooms over 4 floors. For weddings the biggest room can seat up to 90 guests for your wedding ceremony. The venue is all about the roof terrace which has a retractable roof and is just an insane space and is perfect for your drinks reception. There is style at every turn with exposed brick work and natural light.

If you are looking for a trendy cool venue for your wedding then Century is definitely worth looking at.

The club opened its doors in 2001 and is one of London’s most exclusive private clubs. You enter the club from a discreet door on Shaftesbury Avenue and then you head up the stairs to the first floor.

On this floor is the Tap Room which is a French Bistro styled room that serves food all day. The next floor is the Club Room which has everything you’d expect from a private members club – leather sofas, marble coffee tables and a dark oak setting. The perfect space to just chill from the hustle and bustle of London. This is the perfect room to have your wedding breakfast or reception. Opposite this room is the Cocktail Lounge which is a large bar space that can be used for your reception or as an evening chill out area.

The third floor is a massive room with a stunning arched metal ceiling. This is ideal for your licensed and civil ceremonies. You could have your wedding breakfast in here if your wedding party is on the larger side. This room also has views along Shaftesbury Avenue on one side and St Anne’s church on the other.

The top floor, is the piece de resistance of the club, which is the Roof Terrace. You can have up to 180 guests up there and is the perfect place for the central London wedding of your dreams. It has a fully retractable glass roof which is pretty epic. There’s a large bar area, perfect for a crazy wedding party. Outside your have an awesome balcony which overlooks the city of London.
